Refund policy

Cjadesshop :

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted, subject to the following terms and conditions.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.

Installment Payment Policy

At CJADEHAIR, we offer customers the option to pay in installments for selected products and services. By choosing an installment plan at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Installment Options
Customers may choose to pay their total amount in installments up to 3 months. The available plans and approval are determined by the payment provider selected at checkout (e.g., Klarna,ect.). CJADEHAIR does not guarantee approval.

2. Payment Structure

Your total amount will be divided into multiple scheduled payments according to the plan you select. You are fully responsible for ensuring each payment is made on time.

if you are too late with your payment, €20 will be added to the full amount a day.

3. Service & Product Release

Products will be shipped once the first installment is confirmed by the payment provider.

4. Late or Missed Payments

If you fail to pay an installment on or before the agreed date

Extra costs, fees, or penalties may be added by the installment provider.
If we do not receive any response from you within 7 days, and the additional costs are not paid in full, the case will be forwarded to a collection agency (incasso) without further notice

All collection and administrative costs resulting from this will be fully charged to the customer.
Your order may be paused, delayed, or cancelled.
For bookings,
CJADEHAIR is not responsible for additional fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final, we do not accept refunds.

6. Agreement

By selecting an installment payment plan, you confirm that:

You understand you have up to 3 months to complete payment.
You accept responsibility for all scheduled payments.
You understand that extra costs may apply for any late or failed installment

Cjade's Wigs :
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn. All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange

Second hand CJade's wigs:

These are wigs in the sale, they have been worn bij CJade for 1or 2 days and she will sell them

Closure wigs and frontals wigs! but the closure wigs are easier than the frontal wigs, that's why we always ask our clients to read every page before purchasing a wig from us, every hairline is a different hairline , and if the lace has been cut it is op to the buyer to customize the wig, you can still book a appointment from cjade to install the wig but is not guaranteed that she can place the wig according to your hairline

- also with the second hand wigs all sales are final

Cjade's Hair & Synthetic Hair :

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. once an order is placed it cannot be altered and refunded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received something different , please contact us immediately.
