Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

Before shipping, all orders go through a processing period:

  • In-stock wigs: 1–2 working days
  • Sale wigs or out-of-stock wigs: Up to 14 working days, sometimes longer during busy seasons
  • Installment payments (Klarna, Afterpay, etc.): Additional 1-day processing before standard processing begins
  • Sundays and Mondays are not counted as working days

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 working days
  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • International: 5–14 working days

Please note: delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier services are outside of our control.

 


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A shipping confirmation
  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real time

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

CJADEHAIR is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

If you need to change your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, CJADEHAIR is no longer responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims. We will assist where possible.

 

6. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to their shipment.

 

CJADEHAIR does not control these charges.

7. Order Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the carrier for location details
  • Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered earlier than actual delivery

If the package cannot be located, please open a claim with the carrier.

 

8. Agreement Upon Purchase

By placing an order with CJADEHAIR, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
